I had two holiday shoots for dogs at Maxwell Dog in Studio City and Top Dog Barkery in Newport Beach as well as a weekend's worth of shooting at the Kat Knappers Cat Show in Arcadia, all set against a red, blue, purple, black or cream backgrounds. When you have studio shoots like that, well, what are you going to do with the images but make a holiday montage? And yes I did!

I just wanted to do a little something cute for all the wonderful clients I've had in 2014 and I hope even more in 2015.

It's been a spectacular year... we've done work for some big names out there, some we can't even mention, but Hope for Paws was a big one as well as a cat calendar we shot in early November. And of course I've got to slip in that we were honored with being named Best Pet Photographer in Los Angeles by L.A. Hot List voters in 2014.

I've met some of the greatest animals and their owners... I've lost count of how many pets I've photographed this year but it was a lot and it took me from Ventura to Los Angeles to Orange counties... we were on the beach, pet stores, parks, sofas and studios with and without ice cream and peanut butter. Big year with charming dogs and cats. Loved 'em all!

And we've unfortunately lost a couple of pets this year... I'm thinking about the spectacular Kitty and the incomparable Noel. And not to make it about me but I also lost two of my senior cats this summer within two weeks of each other, Pad Thai and Slinky.

But all in all, I got to meet such great animals and I thank you!

Hope we can all go for walkies together next year!
